PRINCIPAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

 

 

Reports to: Business Development Manager

 

 Key Role:

  1. Manage customer service.
  2. Carry out routine market intelligence and macro sector and industry research.
  3. Brand execution and management .
  4. Executing marketing and product distribution Strategies.
  5. Develop Strategic Branding merchandize for all products.
  6. Coordinate and execute media planning, advertising and promotional activities.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing/Mass communication
  2. Minimum 8 years relevant Marketing working experience, in financial services sector or in an advertising firm
  3. Post graduate diploma in marketing will be an added advantage
  4. Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
  5. Ability to interact well with diverse group of people
  6. Proficient in ICT/MIS/MS Office

SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Reports to: HR and Administration Manager

Key Role:

  1. Implementing procurement policies and procedures for effective delivery of procurement services in the Corporation.
  2. Providing technical support on matters relating to procurement in accordance with the laid down procedures and statutory requirements.
  3. Preparing and implementing the Corporation’s Procurement Plan in order to realize Corporate objectives.
  4. Performing procurement functions as provided under the public procurement and disposal guidelines.
  5. Formulating and implementing strategies to ensure good supplier performance in relation to; timely delivery, overall quality of goods and services and cost effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelors Degree in a Business Related Field OR Social Sciences.
  2. Professional qualification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
  3. Minimum 5 years working experience in the area of Procurement.
  4. A member of the Procurement and Supply Chain Professional body.
  5. Must have in-depth understanding of the Public Procurement Procedures and Regulations as contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
  7. Ability to interact well with diverse group of people
  8. Proficient in ICT
